My daughter and I say prayers for family and friends and I explain breifly to her what Good friday and easter is. As a child people forget religion is a very positive powerful things. As adults like so many other things we learn different versions and different stories, politics and money and greed, everyone wants to convince your there way of thinking is right and your way is wrong and you are teaching wrong and then they are wrong. Its nice to be a kid and learn positive things before the adult versions pervert what we love and hold so dear and close to our hearts. who cares if it is a western thing, or a jewish thing or a muslim thing or a east verse west thing. As long as it is a thing that makes our kids smile, makes them happy, hope and dream and learn to forgive and love one another I dont really care.
