The Thomas & Friends Toddler Swing features a high backrest for comfort and safety. It has an adjustable waist strap restraint for added security. The toddler swing is made of sturdy plastic construction with heavy-duty nylon ropes. At the end of the ropes are universal hooks that can be used inside the chains of an existing swing on your playground or playset at the top where the holes are for new attachments to your playset.
