from abc7: BART commuters did a double take when they arrived at the Millbrae station Wednesday morning. SWAT teams armed with automatic rifles and other assault equipment were bustling around a closed platform in view of the passengers as they got on and off another platform. The good news is there was no emergency. The FBI, along with the SFPD and BART Police, were conducting emergency response tactical training exercises on a BART train.
