Self sufficient diary 6th November 2018 creating freezer space

The pigs are due to go to slaughter at the end of the month and we urgently need to create space in our 4 rather full freezers. So, out of one of the freezers came plums, blackberries, beans, stock and puree to be used in cooking for our hungry household.
