Accident Sends Pick-up Into Apartment Building

DAYTON -- A pick-up slammed into the side of an apartment building. Police say a car collided with a truck causing the truck to go off the road and hit the corner of the building.The accident happened near the corner of Germantown and Liscomb.The building inspector was called out to check the structure..... "So it appears maybe a car might have pulled out and hit a car going down Germantown, causing them to swerve and, due to the slick conditions, slid off and we haven't had a rain in a while, so it might have had a film of oil on it," said Dayton Fire Lt. William Bittner.No one in either of the vehicles or in the apartment building was injured.
