Counter Culture built a name by serving from-scratch raw/vegan sammies like the Jackfruit BBQ and the Philly Seitan from a trailer on North Loop. Now they're moving into a Cesar Chavez brick & mortar boasting new eats including dinner plates like Pesto Rawviolis (raw ravioli stuffed w/ cashew cheese), desserts from Cap City Bakery (donut holes & a daily, cashew-based "cheezecake"), and salads like the fresh kale/chai seed/carrot/garlic Pac-Man -- so healthy, it'll give you a body worth making it rain for.
