Not a hard operation. It was a flawless run, too, aside from a few little blunders.

Just use only a smidge of gel to treat the wounds and sterilize the incision. At the very end, you can go crazy with the gel before you place a bandage.

You'll have enough to finish the operation if you conserve carefully. If not, you'll have to suture the wounds, which will very slightly drop his vitals, ruin your score (because one of the requirements won't be fulfilled), and prevent you from sterilizing the sutured incision, killing your chain if you use only a bandage.

For some reason, I was able to use only half of the gel by the time I took care of all wounds in this run. In a practice run before, I used half by the time I opened up the patient. Is it RNG?
