The Gears 2 retirement series continues with a 2-for-1 special. On today's menu, you'll get my classic "Rollin' with Randy's" series and the Annex gametype. So I'm killing 2 birds with one stone.

The first match in this series is on Avalanche. One thing I get asked on a constant basis is "How do you anage to play with randoms and do so well?" 

The answer to that is; Play with the randoms the same way you would with your friends and teammates.

Even if you're not communicating with your teammates, they'll be able to sense whether or not you've got their back. Don't steal kills intentionally, don't hog weapons throughout the entire game, revive downed teammates, and provide cover fire and work with them. If the random FEELS assured that you've got their back, they'll do better and watch your back in return. It happens a few times in this particular match and has happened in a lot of my past games.
