What's up?! I hope everyone had an AMAZING Christmas. I will say this I posted a couple pix over on Facebook with each member of my immediate Family, I know everyone who watches has seen my daughter Maddie, but if you want to see my wife or son.. head on over there lol. Ok that aside today I making a kick butt appetizer. I know everyone would think with the new year I would be doing healthier recipes. Nope I am prepping for the Superbowl! So we are making Buffalo Mushroom Poppers! Boom yup we are going all in on something awesome I know you guys will totally love so go ahead and give this one a try! 1 lb. Cremini Mushrooms, Cleaned
3 Bacon Slices, cooked and crumbled
3 Tbsp. Cream Cheese
3 Tbsp. Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
1 Jalapeno, Seeded and Diced
2 Cups Panko Breadcrumbs
2 Cups Flour
3 Eggs, Beaten
Buffalo Sauce to Taste
