Four yolks in two eggs

I bought a carton of six eggs and received ten yolks although at the time of filming I did not yet know how it would turn out. I like eggs. Unfortunately one large yolk contains around 200mg of cholesterol and we are only supposed to eat 300mg per day. Therefore here there is enough cholesterol for nearly three days! Egg yolks naturally contain Vitamin D which is quite unusual. They also contain Vitamin E which is now thought to be highly useful in combatting prostate cancer. As I belong to the high risk group for prostate cancer for genetic reasons I should really eat a lot of eggs. But my cholesterol level is also high. So my choice is this. Do I prefer to die from prostate cancer or a heart attack? On the face of it the latter sounds the more tempting proposition, however it would mean that I can't eat eggs. And what better to eat with a nice plate of chips than eggs? I shall return to this one later!
