On a grey day, not quite full daylight, this RHTT appears in Carmarthen. The 66s cannot be identified it's so dirty - the clips I see of this train in other locations show clean locos. Why can't Wales clean its locos? Strong and gusty wind mean a hand-held camcorder leaps about a bit - sorry for any inconvenience. On the positive side - it makes a change from units!
