Former President Goodluck Jonathan has declared that he will interface with President Muhammadu Buhari over controversy surrounding Rivers State Neighbourhood Safety Corps Agency to ensure the amicable resolution of the impasse between the Army and the State Government. Former President Jonathan made the pronouncement during a visit to commiserate with government and people of the State over the collapse of a 7-Storey building in Port Harcourt. The former President explained that when a state government is setting up a volunteer service to manage security situation, such must seek the maximum cooperation of police and the Army. On the collapsed 7-storey building, former President Jonathan described the development as unfortunate and sad.
