As PCC II 2331 dings its way away from Frankford Avenue and Girard Avenue and heads for the Haddingotn section at 63rd Street, an old lady who was on the streetcar with me finds it amusing that the operator dinged the bell for me. In the background is the Market-Frankford El and the Philadelphia skyline. 2331 was originally built in 1947 as PCC 2758 by the St. Louis Car Company. It was rebuilt in 2004 by the Brookville Equipment Corporation. If you have any questions about the video, feel free to message me. Comments are welcome. The video was taken on September 25th, 2009.
