Most of people agree how important is to pursuit your passion, but few of them talk about the most difficult point in this goal: discovering what your real passion is. Le An in this TEDxTalk expose her own experience and how her life has changed because of this journey to pursuit it. Le An is passionate about people development, especially for kids, youth and women. She is the founder and CEO of “Bolan InnovEdu LLC”, an organization designing innovative educational and human developmental programs for companies and local educational agencies in China. She was an experienced system engineer in Cisco System in US and China for 8 years, at the same time, she was Chairwoman of Cisco Connected Women (CCW) China Chapter, leading various cross-functional and cross-industry programs to drive female employees’ self-realization and leadership development. Le An holds Masters Degree on Electronic Engineering and is working on her Master Degree on Developmental Psychology. She is Harvard SEED Fellow.
