Side Planks: 1. Begin in a pushup position or on your side with your weight on your elbow and lower leg. 2. Extend your other arm straight out in a "T" position, keeping your core straight and your feet stacked on top of each other. 3. Hold this position. 4. Return to first position and rotate to your other arm. This drill helps improve core strength and stability.
