Lucky encounters a mirror for the first time. I am interested in the concept of self-consciousness, and I wanted to see Lucky's reaction to his own image. It turned out that he treated the image as another cat for a short time (about 36 hours), but  soon accepted it as normal, and possibly realised that he was looking at himself. In older cats, I have observed their self-recognition skills and I can conclude with complete certainty that cats have self-consciousness in that sense.
