Celebrity Assistants sounds like a great gig. Surrounded by big wigs and supermodels, flitting between hotels, movie sets and Starbucks, blocking your boss from a crowd of paparazzi. Right? Not always. For every happy camper gratefully housesitting in a Bel Air mansion, there's an unappreciated toiler, stuck at the very bottom of the celebrity food chain. We get the four-one-one on becoming a celebrity assistant from the local association representing many of them, and visit with a former FBI agent who draws up those airtight confidentiality agreements.
