UP Oakland Switcher running long nose first through Albany CA with cars collected from the Richmond Pacific at Stege Wye. This is the new way that UP collects cars from the RPRC. Up until about a month ago, the UP MOARV collected cars at Central from the RPRC. The new plan has the Oakland Switcher collect cars from Stege, take them back to Oakland and combine them with a Roseville bound move.
