I'm sorry about the quality. I used the same compression as the other Emerald Dragon video. I think it has something to do with the graphical effects on the screen. The town is full of wavy mist. I tried for better quality but every video ended up similar.

I thought I'd put this up here in the way off chance that it might be useful to anyone playing the game. Because this scene and the item you get is very easy to miss. I had to actually reload an older save after I discovered Ghost Town and saw Julius there.

This scene is only available for a very narrow window of time and is in a place that's a little out of your way for now. So it's easy to miss out on and therefore you won't be able to get the Star Axe.

There is another ghost town (appropriately called Ghost Town) south of Harerud. It's between the coast and a range of mountains. If you've reached the desert you've gone too far. You will need the key from Fuwal in Dadarwa to enter these ghost towns. But I'm pretty sure you can't miss it. Maybe you can by not talking to her after finishing the shrine? I can't remember even though I was just there.

You need to visit Ghost Town with Karshwarl in your party before fighting Ostracon at Draugwand castle. If you visit Harerud first and go up the mountain to obtain the barrier breaking arrow, Karshwarl will talk a little about his father, Julius. But those events aren't necessary in order to trigger this scene.

The house with Julius' ghost is the one in the northwest part of town. You don't need to talk to the soldiers. I just did it for completion's sake.
