Here's one way to attack level 60 NPC bases with unboosted zookas. 

Stats:
- Gun Boat Energy: 103 - 106
- Troop Health 33% 
- Troop Damage 52%

I got *crazy bored* of attacking NPC bases so I apologize if there are easier ways to take any of these down. 

To make this video I had to wait for NPCs to spawn, wait for any boosts to expire and then beat them on the first try (in most instances) in an attempt to make the video useful.
