I am convinced that a requirement for employment at the USPS is having Bipolar disorder, sociopathic tendencies and history tells us that even psychopaths Have been employed there. I loathe the postal service and pray for the day when it is privatized or done away with altogether as other delivery services gain in growth and popularity.
