Arguably better for the city as a whole, but what about the residents? What about them? Delray was a place to live but was it a place most didn't ever want to leave? The Hispanic Baptist Church doesn't feel they are being compensated fairly. Their building is now surrounded by vacant and groomed land with bulldozers pointed their way. Should they be paid what the building has paid taxes on on what it's going to be worth based on its location, next to I-75 and in a prime spot for the new ventures and associated business the area will attract.
