Converse Cons has made Javier Mendizabal an Ambassador. Txabolism -- a short film and accompanying print publication -- is a collaboration between Javier and his old friend, Fred Mortagne. The name Txabolism comes from Txabolo, Spanish slang for a shack built from junk found in the street and artist Fernando Elvira's nickname for old his protege, Javier.
