PKR to raise fund to help Mount Kinabalu Guide Association

Wan Azizah, President of Parti Keadilan Rakyat (PKR) announced that they will organized a dinner to raise fund for the effected mountain tour guide after the M6 earthquake hit last friday at Ranau, State of Sabah.

She raised her concern the mountain tour guide income will suffer after the disaster that caused the park to close for three week and the fund raising will help them especially those who had given their life while try to save others.

Azizah felt that the people have to help even if it a small price and do whatever they can to help the the mountain guide. 

"I am glad, so happy and proud to meet the people who has sacrificed as Anwar has sacrificed for what he think is right as this is the value and 'nilai' that money cannot buy." Azizah said, as she addressed to Christopher Peter Ebi who is the representative from Mount Kinabalu Guide Association.

Wan Azizah is in Kg Bundu Tuhan, Ranau Sabah in a half day visit the grieving family of local mountain guide Valerian Joannes and Joseph Solungin that was killed by the M6 earthquake that hit near the mountain top tourist spot on 6th of June Friday morning, on 7.15am. 

Her visit was accompanied by the PKR State Representative, Lajim Ukin, Christina Liew and Terrence Siambun and few state PKR Sabah party leaders.
