Me ranting/venting/ trying to give advice to new ALT's that may encounter similar issues with neighbors, Japanese work culture and how English class is taught in Japan. I know it's long. No one is forcing you to watch. lol Just for a side note: I'm enjoying my time in Japan and love where I work!! I moved out of that apartment and into another room! :D It's just minor things here & there that irks my nerves every once in a while, but that's life! Just a tidbit and a heads up for future ALT's and other non-native Japanese that may want to work & live in Japan.
