UPDATE: The victim has been identified as Stuart J. Yeandle, 43. The Miami County Sheriff's Office tells us the woman involved claims she was defending the life of her boyfriend. They're now considering forwarding the case and letting a grand jury decide if charges will be filed. The incident remains under investigation. We will bring you more information as it becomes available. ORIGINAL STORY: PLEASANT HILL -- A man is dead after a dispute with his neighbor leads to a shooting. It happened around 11 a.m. Sunday, Nov. 16, 2014, on East Monument in Pleasant Hill in Miami County. Police said two men got into an argument and the girlfriend of one of the men went and grabbed a gun. She reportedly shot the other man, killing him. Right now, it's not clear what prompted the argument. The police chief said both the woman and her boyfriend are now being questioned. No names have been released yet.
