With the ruffled shoulders and V-neckline, cut out details at the waist, and above the knee hemline, this short, citrus colored dress is fun, fresh, and definitely unexpected during the winter months.

Pretty Little Liars' Lucy Hale went red carpet casual in this bright fuchsia top, blue jeans and boots. This long sleeve, black button magenta top along with her matching lipstick color and gloss, goes to show you that this pink color can bring out the brighter side of the seasons!

Nikki Reed definitely made a bold statement in this bright neon-green, floor length Michael Kors dress. With an open back, triangular cutouts at the waist, and a long side slit, Nikki was able to show off her sexy back, waist and legs in this wild and daring gown.
