Modder turns off mods when called out?

This guy claims he isn't modding, but if it's the same Manico that was in RDS and hangs out with ketepires, the other modder that sucks without cheating, then I think we can all be pretty sure he is cheating.  He turns them off after I call him out and then he proceeds to get his ass kicked the rest of the match.  here is a short clip from the match.

Ketepires is the cheater that can't even win while cheating.  Her buddy here is no different.
