In order to believe in the globe you must ignore all atmospheric effects, on top of curvilinear perspective and barrel distortions and cherry pick from them massively. You have to ignore the layout of structures and all angles taken. You have to believe that a sphere or a curve somehow can't be seen from a side shot and that you live on a sphere that is the size of a small state or so if you follow these "curves" around. Complete insanity! Don't be a sucker for Soundly and others.
