Claude Debussy - De pas sur la neige

This is a video from my second solo piano recital, performed on July 14, 2013. This recital was a performance of preludes by Claude Debussy, and this piece is De pas sur la neige (Footprints in the Snow), from Preludes, Book I. Apologies for the awkward camera angle - our piano is in the corner of the living room, so it's a bit difficult to film on a Flip camera in a way that can show the performer's hands and profile without the side wall getting in the way. This was the fifth piece I performed. I found this piece quite difficult to memorize, and I actually practiced it much slower - this performance is one of the first few times I practiced it up in tempo. For the last measure, I had noticed that the low D did not sound even though I played the key, so I played it one more time to finalize the piece with the bass. I'm also aware that I played an incorrect note in the first phrase, but I guess that's bound to happen now and then.
