This morning something dawned upon me... I realized that it would be FANTASTIC if I were to create a trailer mash up with the new theatrical trailer for "The Great Gatsby" and the Christopher Nolan Batman trilogy utilizing Bruce Wayne as Jay Gatsby. Like most people, I was highly intrigued by this unique new take on the 1925 classic by F. Scott Fitzgerald. This new version of the film is directed by Baz Luhrmann and stars Leonardio DiCaprio, Tobey Maguire, Carey Mulligan and Joel Edgerton and looks visually stunning. I truly did love the look and feel of the trailer and am really looking forward to this adaptation, which I had no previous interest in when I first heard of this remake. But now... I bring to you the Bruce Wayne version of this story. Using the audio straight from the trailer and clips from all three Christopher Nolan Batman movies, I have made this mash up, which was actually A LOT harder than I thought it would be. Ended up taking about double the amount of time I thought it would take. But in the end, I discovered that it was worth it. I have created something I thought I could never have created with these scenes from the Nolan Batman trilogy.
I really hope you like this one guys!
