Minnesota state Senator John Marty says GOP Gubernatorial Candidate Tom Emmer is using "Bizarre" logic when he says accepting $1 Million a day from the Federal government for health care would cost Minnesota money. ;Senator Marty points out that Emmer's math fails to include the money that Minnesota will need to continue to spend on health care anyway.
