Cornelie Ann Schubel, born March 3, 1931 in Plainsfield, New Jersy, flew free from Colorado Springs, Colorado on August 24, 2013. She was a long time Nursing Instructor at Yuba College and a Flight Instructor for Sutter County Airport. Survivors include her siblings: Mildred Schubel, Ralph Schubel, Donald Schubel and David Schubel; former husband Warren Haile; her children: Micheal Haile, Virginia Jaks, Matthew Haile and David Haile; 14 grandchildren and 4 great granddaughters.
