Skills Development in NE region has become one of the top most priorities for the youth of Northeast. In a bid to help the youth to become self-reliant, the Ministry of Development of North Eastern Region (DoNER) has come up with a special emphasis on skill development by investing 33,000 crores in the Northeast.
