In a charismatic and irreverent way, Thiago tells the story of "Grande Roda de Tambores" (Great Drums Circle), originally created in a group of friends who gathered to make music and parties. Without a higher purpose, these meetings have been carried out within social institutions, with the aim of encouraging self expression, reflection and the sharing of gifts and talents. What was just a party, became a non-governmental organization that has transformed thousands of peoples' lives. Transmitting inspiration and motivation, the drums dictate the pulse which unites, concentrate and approaches the audience, making everyone interact in one big circle.

In 2004, along with some friends, he founded "Grande Roda de Tambores" (Great Drums Circle), a non-gov organization that uses art and culture as a tool to awake consciences and encourage people to act as agents of social transformation. Since then, he became a tireless propagator of social innovation, collaboration and sustainable entrepreneurship, carrying out projects in partnership with organizations such as Greenpeace, I-Fly and Playing for Change Foundation.
