Sparkster's still in the desert, but now he's approaching the dark city where the Gedol Empire's kingdom is located. The entirety of this stage involves Sparkster taking down one of the empire's massive airships.

The first section has you use multiple chutes to reach the ship's propellers. Find every one of them and destroy them to move on. Before you do that, though, make sure you first get to the chute that contains this level's hidden sword. You can see Princess Cherry in a cage pleading for Sparkster to save her.

The second section of this stage is auto-scrolling, so don't get crush between the left side of the screen and a hard place as you move through the now collapsing airship.

Finally, with no midboss, you reach the main boss, Paeli. His main method of attack is to fire huge fire skulls at you. These shrink Sparkster, and make him unable to attack for a while. Rocket Spinning is a good way of avoiding contact with them.

Paeli will sometimes grow to a bulky genie form and attack with three of these shrink ray skulls at once. From there, he'll split into tiny Paelis. They may or may not reform back into his normal form after a few seconds. If they rise into the air, attack the one that's sparkling.

When you do that, Paeli's magic will be glitched, as he is now a big head on a tiny body. This is when you can really hurt him, but make sure not to let him hit you first.

Repeat this until his defeat.
