Ottawa-Carleton District School Board trustees, meeting as a special committee of the whole, passed a report by staff outlining a proposal to move junior kindergarten students from First Avenue Public School to Mutchmor Public School come September on Thursday. This is in an effort to deal with overcrowding in schools in the Glebe, Old Ottawa South and Centretown. The plan will be presented and voted on by the board at its meeting next week.
