This video shows some of what visitors can see in the Zoo's McNeil Avian Center. The curassow in the center frame has been off exhibit for a while because she swallowed a penny and had to have it surgically removed, but the staff says she is fine, and hopefully she will be back out where visitors can see her soon. In the meantime, the Zoo is setting up preventive measures so Gertie won't find any more shiny objects she will be tempted to eat.
