Officials say 39 killed and over 80 injured after oil tanker blaze in DR Congo

Authorities lowered the death toll from a tanker explosion in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. Officials said 39 people were killed, instead of the 50 that had been reported. More than 80 people are still in the hospital, after a tanker carrying oil collided with a tractor trailer in the village of Mbuba.
