Curb Cut for French Drain, Better than Pop Up

Pop Up emitter does not always work for good discharge of French Drain. A curb cut or curb hole is needed for Best Drainage. Using a concrete saw with diamond blade, cut the curb just wide enough for the pipe. Make a "V" cut. You will need to make (3) cuts. Both side of the "V" and one in the middle. Then using a Pry Bar, just pop the concrete out. Then cut pipe to length and cover.
