Stunt pilot Dick Grace made a career out of flying small planes into buildings, and also crashing them on cue for the movie camera. A veteran of the Hollywood film industry, Grace was one of the few aerial stuntmen to die of old age. In this short silent film, one of Grace's trademark tricks is shown -- a collision with a small building at an air show. We're not 100% sure it's Grace behind the controls however, and also not sure the pilot survived this trick! But what we do know is if you want a great read, Google "Modern Mechanix" magazine and Grace's name, and you can learn from the master himself how he survived so many crash landings. This film is part of the Periscope Film LLC archive, one of the largest historic military, transportation, and aviation stock footage collections in the USA. Entirely film backed, this material is available for licensing in 24p HD. For more information visit http://www.PeriscopeFilm.com
