In this short fast and simple Photoshop CC Animation tutorial you will learn how to easily create a GIF animation with Photoshop CC 2018 by drawing a different image in every layer and then play it on a given speed and in a given order by using a special window in Photoshop called Timeline, with the Timeline you can edit your animation sequence as a frame by frame or a video animation, with this Photoshop course we will use a video animation as an example, after this, we will show you how to save the GIF animation as a WEB version in order for it to animate with all the frames saved and not as a regular single frame GIF file.
