Simple Easy Way to Paint Handmade Cards to send out for Christmas or say Thank you. You will need paint, cotton swabs, rubberbands, empty toilet paper roll, small paint brush and paper. I used acrylic paint, but watercolors would be beautiful. To get the best "stamp," I would recommend making a new one each time. The second and third ones don't have the details like the first stamp does. I think the paint weights down the cotton swabs and they start to slide out of the rubberbands. If you want a more solid color wreath then you might like it better after using the stamper a few times. You just have to play around with it to achieve the look you want. Merry Christmas!
