Q: What educational institutions are eligible for the BC PNP International Graduates application?

A: You can apply for the British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program under the International Graduates category only if you graduated from an eligible educational institution. If you graduated with a degree,
you must have graduated from a Canadian post-secondary educational institution that, if in BC, has been established under an Act of the BC legislature, or has completed the required assessment process mandated by the government and has obtained Ministerial consent under the Degree Authorization Act, or is authorized to confer degrees under the statute of the province it's in, if not in BC. You'll have to provide a name and contact information of a staff member of the institution to serve as reference. If you have a diploma, you must have graduated from a Canadian public post-secondary institution, on a program that's more than 12-months of full time studying. You'll also need to provide the name of a staff member that will serve as reference contact.
