Let me start off by saying that I love Thomas and Teresa's friensdship in the TMR series despite it being one sided on Thomas's ideas and beliefs. Teresa did what she did because she believed in what she thought was right and she wanted to keep Thomas safe even if it meant that he'd hate her forever. If you're a person who doesn't understand what I'm saying, then you haven't read the books; the betrayal was meant to save Thomas and the others because they were threatened. Teresa gave up whatever her and Thomas had or would've had just so Thomas could live to see another day. In point, I love their friendship.
