It's great when you buy the new tractor and you're starting to get comfortable using it and one day your go out and it won't start, or the three point won't go up, or the loader won't work. You call the place you bought it to see if they can come out and fix it and they inform you they'll have to have the tractor at their place to repair it, they can't get out to get it until next week, and it'll be two weeks before they can get it in the shop and look at it. You are furious. These types of situations happen all of the time, and in this live stream, we'll attempt to explain what's going on behind the scenes at a typical dealership and what reasonable expectations for a repair are. We'll also share some tips on improving your relationship with your dealer, how to use the system to your advantage and how to fix a few common problems yourself without having to talk to the dealership.
