Gender bias in today's society is omnipresent. Ms. Zaidi talks abut her take on the issue and what is she doing to make a difference.  A writer, editor, expert in English Literature, publisher, educationist, teachers’ trainer, poet and a lover of children. Mrs. Zaidi is the head of India’s largest publishing house for children’s books and is a renowned name in the field of education. She is also the founder of FICCI Publishing Cell. However, she believes that the goal of her life is to educate students on one of the most cardinal and sensitive issues that the world faces today, gender sensitization, which she aims to do through her books.
