German conglomerate Siemens hopes to expand to the Rwandan market with an undisclosed investment in the energy sector. CNBC Africa spoke to Andre Bouffioux, Chief Executive Officer for Belgium, West and Central Africa ahead of a meeting with the Rwandan government, tentatively by May 2018.
