CHOCOLATE COCONUT CHIA PUDDING
2 TBS Chia Seeds
2 Tsp Raw Cacao Powder
1-2 Tsp Powdered Stevia
1/2-3/4 Cup Unsweetened Vanilla Coconut Milk

Mix all ingredients together and let sit until thick. Mix again and then top with Organic Unsweetened Coconut Chips and Raw Cacao Nibs (these add a yummy crunch! But don't get roasted nibs they are bitter).

Crispy Chicken Salad
1/2 Chicken Breast, Chopped
2 TBS Almond Flour
1 Tsp Seasoning Salt (garlic and onion powder, salt, pepper, paprika, nutmeg and mustard)
Fry in Olive Oil until done. Add to arugula, chopped avocado, brown rice and dressing of your choice!

Dragon Fruit Healthy Skin Smoothie
Costco Dragon Fruit Frozen Fruit Blend (Peaches, Dragon Fruit, Mangoes and Strawberries)
1 Small Banana
1 TBS Hemp Seeds
Almond Milk, enough to reach desired consistency 
1 Scoop Perfotek Collagen Powder (link above)

CHILI
Fry in Olive Oil: 1 lb. Organic Ground Beef, 1 onion chopped, 1 red pepper chopped. When finished and the following:

1 Can Kidney Beans (rinsed and drained)
1 Can Black Beans (rinsed and drained)
1 Can Tomato Sauce
1 Can Diced Tomatoes
1 TBS Cumin or more to taste
1-2 TBS Chili Powder
1 Cup Frozen Corn (optional)
Organic Chicken Broth (enough to reach the desired consistency)
Salt to taste! Let simmer and enjoy with a dollop of greek yogurt (or sour cream) Diced avocado, shredded cheese and crushed tortilla chips!
