This is not a typical lab..Nope.. This isn't really a lab actually. Nope. This is nothing special at all...unless you want to see some circular spins that travel across some different planes, a little bit of foot work, and adding figure 8 variations to the mix. It's an exploration in movement, as well as finding alternatives to keeping those chucks spinning without doing 80 figure 8's in a 4 minute session.. Nope, instead you'll do 160 circular spins on various planes and angles, haha!
